Post & core with a zirconia or EmaX Crown would be best option . Saving the tooth is what we believe in and this needs no extraction as of now. .

No need for implant. Your tooth can be saved doing post and core with fiber post followed by dental crown. Precaution that dentist need to take is to slight relive the occlusion for the crown. Precaution that you need to take after the procedure is to avoid directly biting hard foods with front teeth
Next Steps
Vist the dentist and get the prescribed treatment

Hi sir. You can go for a fiber post followed by crown. But be careful by avoiding biting hard food in that tooth to have a good life span

Hi, From the x-ray, you can undergo treatment with Fiber post followed by Crown. Do not delay the treatment as it will cause infection. Hereafter, after the crown has been placed, you have to be careful while biting any food. Follow all the post treatment instructions that your dentist will give you after completing the treatment.
