Anaemic condition is one of the reason of  weakness. Swelling of feet can be another reason... May be water retention or some other. Include iron rich food like green veggies, fruits, red rice, beetroot cherries But absorption of iron depends vitamin b12 also and vitamin c.

Healthy morning ma’am, Iron is important mineral that is required by body to make haemoglobin, a protein transport blood and oxygen throughout body. There are two types of iron- animal haem iron source such as meat, and seafood and plant based non- haem iron found in soy, vegetables, nuts and fortified grains. A deficiency of iron can lead to anaemia, low energy level, shortness of breath, headache, irritability and dizziness. Some iron rich foods: Soybean Lentils Nuts and seeds Green leafy Mushrooms Olive Whole grains Dark chocolate Add these iron rich in diet we sure you will see a drastic change in your overall health. Also add vitamin C rich like amla, orange, citrus fruits bcoz increase absorption of iron
