Hello, doctor. I've been a regular gym-goer and have been using whey protein for the past two years. However, over the last two months, I've been experiencing issues like gas, bloating, upper abdomen pain, and nausea after consuming whey protein, regardless of whether I take it after or before food, with water or milk. The pain is quite sharp, and all symptoms occur around 15 minutes after consuming the protein, lasting for about two hours. I've tried another top brand of whey, but I face the same issues. I don't believe I'm lactose intolerant since I consume curd, milk, and paneer without any problems.
