Can i consume whey protein and eggs?
I have a gallbladder polyp less than 3mm size, since last 2 years and it has remained constant in size. I have had follow up for 2.5 years now every 6 months. I am not gaining weight and since i workout in gym I require more protein. I do not want to eat a lot of chicken and non veg in large quantities so I was thinking to introduce whey protein 1 scoop and 2 eggs or 1 egg maybe daily. My cholesterol levels are normal. As i do strength training daily. Can I intake the above? Please guide me.

Combining whey protein with eggs can be a nutritious way to boost your protein intake. Both whey protein and eggs are excellent sources of high-quality protein, providing essential amino acids. Here are a few ideas for incorporating whey protein with eggs: Protein-Packed Breakfast: Mix whey protein powder into scrambled eggs or an omelet for a high-protein start to your day. Smoothies: Blend whey protein with eggs, fruits, and other ingredients to create a protein-rich smoothie. Baking: Add whey protein powder to recipes for pancakes, muffins, or other baked goods that include eggs. Before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have specific health concerns or conditions, it's advisable to consult with doctor or a registered dietitian. They can provide personalized advice based on your individual nutritional needs.
