Is there any chance gallbladder polyps disappear on its own with time!!??Also will this polyps later transform into gallstones

Well polyps won’t transfer to stones .. but yes 3mm size is not worrisome now .. you can get repeat ultrasound after 6 months and observe the size of polyp generally Polyps more then 5 mm needs some attention

[ ] Hi Gall bladder polyp is common as in other part of body such is generally benign condition. Gall bladder polyp requires removal of gall bladder when the size of a single polyp is more than 1 cm because chances of developing cancer of gall bladder is 2 percent higher than in general population.
