Hi I understand your concern. Pimples are mainly due to hormonal secretions. Protein intake has no effect as such. As dietician we don't recommend protein powder instead suggest to have good natural proteins through regular food. For pimple reduction use oil free face wash and use astringent after that. Cucumber has natural astringent properties, you can apply juice of it directly. Have 1tsp of fresh turmeric crushed in empty stomach regularly. It is anti-inflammatory, n helps to glow your skin n reduce pimples. You can put multanimitti n sandalwood paste as a face pack on pimples. These natural remedies will help.

Hello.......Acne is usually common at this age , due to harmonal secretion , Thick or greasy make-up may, possibly, make acne worse. Picking and squeezing the spots may cause further inflammation and scarring.wash face twice daily with mild soap and lukewarm water. Doctor don't suggest protein powder ,you can take egg, chicken ,fish instead.
