When to start solid
My baby is now 6 months old, having just completed 5 months on 22 may 2023 . Many people say that solid foods should only be started after the baby completes 6 months. Can you please advise on when to start solids? He will be completing 6 months in June 2023 .

Kindly wait for 6 months to be complete before starting foods. Starting early will reduce breast milk supply

Hii ,you can start complimentary feeding after 6 completed months . Also if  the the baby is already on formula milk you can try a little bit early from 5 months also .. provided the .neckholding should be there

You can consider starting complementary feeding, see to it that baby has good head control and can sit. Dont force feed in reclining position. You can start one spoon a day with homemade uggu, gradually increase to few spoons and gradually add boiled vegetables and mashed fruits.
Health Tips
Can try baby led weaning by placing the child in chair and allowing the baby to try finger foods.
