1. Identify your triggers. Anxiety doesn't just happen randomly. There are usually specific triggers that can set off an anxious episode. By identifying your triggers, you can start to avoid them or be better prepared to deal with them when they do occur. 2. Challenge your thinking. Anxious thoughts often involve a lot of negative thinking, such as "I'm never going to be able to do this" or "I'm going to embarrass myself." These thoughts can be self-fulfilling, so it's important to challenge them. 3. Breathe. When you're feeling anxious, your breathing can become shallow and rapid. This can make your anxiety worse. Instead, consciously focus on taking deep, slow breaths. This will help to calm your nervous system. 4. Get moving. Exercise is a great way to relieve anxiety. It helps to release endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects. Even a short walk can help to ease anxiety. 5. Connect with others. Social support is crucial for people struggling with anxiety. Connecting with friends, family, or a support group can help you feel less alone and more supported. If you're struggling with anxiety, don't hesitate to reach out for help. Friends, family, and mental health professionals can all be valuable sources of support.

Hi... I would not suggest you to do so as text messages have their own limitations when it comes to communicating and understanding complex human emotions and conflicts. I can understand the ease of not having to reveal one's face on a video call or a face-to-face session. But in doing so we are also limiting our therapists ability to understand and empathize with the clients issues. Medico-legally also a session on text messaging leaves a lot of room for misuse of clinical knowledge by any criminal mind.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist via online or offline face-to-face sessions.
