Blood in the sputum is a serious problem.  Please do  sputum for direct smear for  AFB.  Your X-ray is normal

Can be due to bronchitis. Need to ask few questions regarding your problem before coming to a conclusion. If possible consult me. You need some antibiotics and other supportive treatment. Don't self medicate if you really want to get normal. Rest is up to you.

Hello, Xray is perfectly normal. Can be upper respiratory infection. If symptoms are persisting then it can be Tuberculosis as well.
