What vaccines did I get - born 1998.

I was born in 1998 in Bihar. I have no idea what vaccines I got. I have the bcg vaccine circular mark on my left shoulder. So i definitely got that and polio vaccine.
Would I have also received a full dpt vaccine ? I took a tt shot in 2021 and got cut today.

See thre r 3 shots of TT given in childhood..
And later if u hav taken a booster..it stays for around 10yrs..
