Good evening ma'am, Considering your issue with feelings and emotions, here are some suggestions and it's important to remember that these suggestions are not a replacement for therapy, but they can help manage your emotions until you're able to find a therapist. 1. Seek professional help: It's commendable that you're recognising the need for a therapist. A licensed mental health professional can provide you with the guidance and support you're seeking. Consider contacting a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist, specialising in mood disorders and anxiety. 2. Practice self-care: Take time to engage in activities that promote your overall well-being. This can include getting enough sleep, eating nutritious meals, exercising regularly, and engaging in hobbies that bring you joy and relaxation. 3. Journaling: Consider keeping a journal to express and process your emotions. Write about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This can help you gain insights into your emotions and identify any patterns or triggers contributing to your mood swings. 4. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques: Explore mindfulness meditation or deep breathing exercises to help calm your mind and body. These techniques can assist in reducing anxiety and promoting emotional stability. You can find guided meditation apps or videos online to get started. 5. Reach out to loved ones: Share your concerns with trusted friends or family members who can provide support. Sometimes, talking about your feelings with someone you trust can help alleviate some of the emotional burden. 6. Educate yourself: Understanding your experiences can help you make sense of your emotions and provide a sense of control. 7. Prioritise self-compassion: Remember to be kind to yourself. Everyone experiences ups and downs, and it's important to permit yourself to feel what you're feeling without judgment. Practice self-compassion and treat yourself with the same kindness you would extend to a loved one. 8. Develop a routine: Establishing a structured daily routine can provide stability and a sense of control over your life. Consistency in your daily activities can help regulate your emotions. Recall, these suggestions are not a substitute for professional help, and it's crucial to find a therapist who can provide the guidance and support you need. Reach out to mental health resources available to you and consider scheduling an appointment with a licensed professional to discuss your concerns in more detail.

Hi.... Nothing is wrong with you and these feelings of extreme sadness or extreme happiness are a product turmoil you are facing inside. You may not be aware of it, but you have certainly repressed something that is of great value to you. This negative anticipation (fear of death of loved ones) is a consequence and not the antecedent. You don't need to worry about it. Our mind creates such negative thoughts and emotions when we do not address the core issues that we are facing internally. Once you are able to share your feelings in a therapeutic setting and find your way forward, things will eventually fall in line. Try to find a therapist who can help you understand yourself without feeling guilty of who you really are. It's not the same thing.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling using Existentialist Approach is required.
