Hi.... Do look out for geriatric care institutes nearby and if they have Counselling facility available at doorsteps for senior citizens. There are some startups/organisations (like Goodfellas, Epoch, etc.) doing some good work in this area. If your mother is not suffering from a severe disorder than this kind of set ups will be best as elderly population do respond well to face-to-face sessions and spending time with them in-person. If your mother is suffering from any severe mental health issues than visiting a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist is the way forward. Psychologist also provide counselling to less severe cases, but in this population (elderly) spending time with them and helping them do their basic tasks like going for a walk or watching a movie together at home, or talking or just being there helps more.
