Please consult a Neurologist in your area for a physical examination. Pain in the centre of the head at 25 years is quite unusual.  After the initial physical examination I would like to get an MRI Scan of the head.

A feeling of pressure on the top center of the head can be due to multiple causes. Since you have sinusitis, it’s possible the sinus inflammation is contributing to referred pressure or discomfort. However, pressure at the vertex (top of the head) is also commonly associated with tension-type headaches, poor posture, stress, or even cervical spine issues. If your sinusitis treatment is ongoing but the pressure persists, it's important to re-evaluate both sinus and non-sinus causes. A clinical examination can help rule out neurological or vascular causes as well. If the symptom continues or worsens, please consult a neurologist or ENT specialist. 📞 For consultation, connect with me on Practo for video consultations. Hello,  The pressure you’re experiencing on the top of your head could indeed be related to your sinusitis, as inflammation in the sinuses can sometimes cause referred discomfort in nearby areas, including the head. However, persistent symptoms despite ongoing medication warrant further evaluation to rule out other potential causes, such as tension headaches, migraines, or even elevated blood pressure.  Since your symptoms haven’t resolved with current treatment, it’s important to consult a specialist for a thorough assessment. I recommend scheduling a consultation with me so we can review your condition in detail, adjust your treatment plan if needed, and ensure there are no underlying issues.  For immediate assistance or to book an appointment, you can reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two**.

Hi, It's possible that your symptoms are due to the ongoing sinusitis. You should continue the medicines you are on and plan a visit to your doctor once If the headache becomes severe, disturbs sleep or if you have severe ear ache, vomiting , nasal discharge or fever, it's possible that your sinusitis is worsening Do consult is required

If you have sinusitis, headache or pressure like sensation occurs over the sinus/ sinuses inflamed. Is the pressure like sensation more in morning,  is it aggravated by looking down? If it is continuing after treatment means either the antibiotic taken has been in effective or it was needed for longer duration.
Next Steps
Do a complete blood pic. and C.T brain. Connect for online consultation with results.
Health Tips
Take regular steam inhalation with Karvol capsule 2 to 3 times per day. Regular pranayam will also help you.

If the pain is not relieved after the medicines, sinusitis may not have resolved completely.Consult your physician for a re examination and if needed xray or CT.
