What is the symptoms of dog bite

A few hours back a stray dog bit me while I was feeding it food. Though I feel normal except for a slight fever, I am worried of infections or probably contracting a disease due to that dog bite. Can someone please tell me what are the symptoms of dog bite? Should I visit a doctor for my slight fever?
