What is the stage of cancer if biopsy report shows that pT2 for bladder cancer. What is the treatment? Is it curable?

Needs ct scan to see for lymphnodal involvement and extent of distal spread if any.. Could be muscle invasive bladder cancer.. Needs chemoradiation as part of bladder sparing option or cystectony..

Staging of any tumor consists of three components TNM - T is the tumor size, N - node involvement and M - spread to other organs. Only with pT2 staging cannot be made. Details of tumor type and its grade required for treatment planning.
