What is the solution for Myopia
Hello Dr, My girl baby is 4.5 yrs old. I'm shocked to know that she has nearsightedness and her power is -2. I couldn't accept that she has to wear glasses. Can you pls tell me if there is any cure for this ? Through excercise or yoga can I treat this condition?

With the right natural support + glasses, there is a good chance her number stabilizes and doesn’t worsen significantly. ✅ What You Can Do Now: Start her on daily eye yoga (make it fun, like a game!) Hello, First we need to know family history. Is her father or any one of her grandparents facing same problem? Unfortunately if it's genetic then it will be persistent. But symptoms can be reduced as well. Given that the age of baby is less you can opt for  अक्षितर्पण चिकीत्सा , लेपन कर्म, म्रुदु स्वेद, And if you want to opt for lasik surgery please consult a ophthalmologist for the same.
Next Steps
Please consult an ophthalmologist for review on lasik surgery.

Nearsightedness (myopia) in children is usually due to eye shape and genetics. While glasses help correct vision immediately, Ayurvedic care, including eye exercises, Trataka (focused gazing), and a diet rich in Amla, carrots, and leafy greens, may help slow progression but cannot fully cure myopia. Yoga and exercises support eye health and reduce strain, so they are beneficial alongside glasses. Early use of glasses protects the eyes and supports proper vision development. Consult an Ayurvedic doctor for a supportive regimen tailored for your child.
