Your ideal weight should be in between 60-65kgs. Reduce 5kgs weight. Take high fibre diet plan and do exercises daily don't miss single day. Don't worry about that, walk for 30 to 40min daily & follow customised diet plan, for double chin & tummy pouch. You should avoid reheated food of home or outside, specially deep fry.
