Hello doctor I want to know abt swollen right para aorthic lymphnapathy it was recorded in usg abdomen 3 yrs back TB was negative Xray also negative CBC AND CUC was normal platelets was adequate
Had pain in right lower abdomen doctor gave me antibiotics and gastric medicine for month later I check up again for usg 2 it was nothing found and para aorthic area was normal
Now after 3 yrs i am having same pain in right side lower abdomen and right testicle pain right testicle has swollen veins im worried of cancer age is 22 is there any link in testicles cancer and swollen para aorthic lymphnodes? I hav groin pain as well ple tell me doc

If you are really worried about cancer at the age of 22 years then what are you doing in Tele-consultation ?
You should be sitting in the OPD of Cancer Department of a Medical College or of a big Private Hospital.

I guess it's para aortic lymphadenopathy. As you mentioned it's enlargement of para aortic lymph nodes ( located around aorta). Testicular cancer cells don't migrate to para aortic lymph nodes generally. So it's got no association , hence no risk of cancer
