There is no tablet for red cell distribution width, health and medicine does not work like how you think. You are not a car and we are not mechanics. Your CBC report is normal. Don't worry.

When we read a blood report.. we look at the entire report and also the patient and their history. Not just one value. Just because one value is a little higher than the normal range and it is highlighted.. does not necessarily mean there is something wrong with you. Red cell distribution width in simple terms tells you what is the degree of variation in the size and shape of your red blood cells. So if your red cell distribution width is on the higher side and your hemoglobin is low or your other blood parameters are low, then you will need further tests to see if you have anemia or any other issue depending on your history. Your red cell distribution width is 15. The normal is upto 14. All your other parameters in your CBC are normal. So there is nothing to worry. You don't need to take any medicine for it. The human body is not a machine where every value will always fall within the range. We have to look at the report in totality. Follow a healthy diet and lifestyle and exercise regularly.
