Well that needs to be correlated with other blood parameters too. If I could have a look onto your MCV (which is not visible in the image attached) I can comment on it basing on the reports. But more than that I would want to ask you certain questions pertaining to any symptom that you are experiencing and ignoring stating it might be a normal phenomenon. It would be better if we could get in touch and I will be able to assess your condition better and hence guide you accordingly.
