If possible get tested immediately...else start your self quarantine and book for a test. Consider Covid positive unless otherwise. Stay indoors, avoid contact, high protein diet, plenty of fluids, fruits. Yes levocetrizine +monteleukast (algicure m) And paracetamol is a good option. However if symptoms persist, I would suggest starting with doxycycline and favipiravir (personal experience of >100 cases of Covid with mild /moderate disease - it's useful  ) Along with your Covid test also get the following done. 1. Blood tests CBC LFT including LDH RFT S. Electrolytes (Na+, K+, Ca+2, Cl-) D-dimer CXR (if possible to attend a facility ) - else if confirmed, at a later date CT might help. 2. quarantine, isolate, get those in contact tested. 3. Sleep Prone and practice deep breathing exercise. 4. Don't panic and start craving for oxygen and remdesivir.  If indicated, you must but if not then resources to be used in national interest.
Next Steps
do step 1,2,3 and get back in touch should it still be hurting.

Hello! Have you checked your body temperature? Or have been in contact with any covid positive patient? If yes, considering the present situation, kindly get tested. Apart from that, these symptoms can also be caused due to heat exhaustion. If you need further assistance please do take a consult.
Next Steps
Get a covid test done.
