What is achalasia diet
Hello, I am a 40 year old mother of a young 12 year old boy. He recently had surgery to treat his achalasia and the operation was a success. I want to know what is achalasia diet and how do I ensure his smooth and fast recovery?

Hello.. He is having any other complications apart from achalacia..?? If he dont have any other complications he can take normal diet but administration of diet should be little careful task.
Next Steps
he should avoid spicy and out side food. especially foods which cause heart burt he should avoid he should take plenty of beverages compared with hard solid foods he should eat small amd frequent meals not like typical three meals and he should eat lite food like idli or simple dosa or simple poha like foods in dinner and he should maintain minimum 3 hours gap between sleep and dinner

Whenever he ll sleep he should use a pillow beneath his head instead of flat sleeping
