Hi the best advice for you is to contact the doctor who prescribed the medicine. You need to take 2 dose daily i.e morning and night preferably half hour before or after food. Since you have not mentioned the quantity or the size of the bottle I'm not able to advise how many pills you have to take. If I'm the prescriber then it would be a 20 ml bottle with size 40 globules and i would advise to take 4 pills twice a day .

As per your prescription, you are advised to take Sepia 200, 2D (twice daily) for a period of one month.
The small pills, known as globules. The standard homoeopathic dosage is 4 globules at a time.
