What Help Should I Get
I've been experiencing severe heartburns, panic attacks and insomnia for almost 2 years now. These past few weeks, I've had recurring suicidal thoughts.

These symptoms are indicative of anxiety disorder which affects the sleep and the one might also have negative thoughts. The helplessness feeling and low feeling might also create suicidal thoughts. Hello, All three symptoms described are interlinked. The symptoms worsens over time if treatment not taken. As a result of which you are having negative thoughts. There are good medication available to take care of these symptoms.
