Panic attacks or what?
I'm a 24-year-old who has experienced separation anxiety since leaving home at 17. Following a painful breakup in 2019, I struggled with trust issues and insecurities. Recently, I moved out to live alone after securing a job nearby, and I've been struggling with overwhelming emotions that manifest as physical pain, particularly in my heart and throughout my body. I've developed a fear of losing those close to me, experienced perceived targeting at work, and noticed changes in my appetite and sleep patterns, including recurring nightmares. I'm becoming excessively emotional, with sensations felt intensely in my body.I'm unsure if this indicates depression, anxiety, or panic attacks, and I'm considering seeking medical help.

Hello Looking at your symptom profile I will suggest you to consult a psychiatrist as soon as you can. I suggest this because maybe you are self-diagnosing, which can also escalate your symptoms. A quick consult will surely help you.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist and start treatment. Your treatment will include both pharmacological and non pharmacological methods. Best of luck
