What does it mean if your left eye keeps twitching?
I am a 26 year old female and I have been facing some twitching under the left eye recently. My mother told me that left eye twitching has spiritual meaning to it. Is this true? What does it signify? Is it good or bad? Medically, how to stop it from happening?

Your symptoms are suggestive of myokymia
Most common cause is stress
It usually resolve without treatment
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis.
Kindly consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist

Eye twitching is usually due to mental stress or nutritional deficiency or sleeplessness or dryness etc please identify the cause and follow accordingly.
