My husband is 30y old. He is 5ft 6in and 77kgs. He has been putting on weight a little too much since the last two years. His work is not sedentary, as he is posted in a factory location where he has to move about quite a lot. His
thyroid levels are normal as well as blood
sugar levels. But his triglyceride and uric acid levels are a little high. However, he is not on any medication.He has three chapatis for dinner along with vegetables and for lunch he has rice, veggies, nonveg and dahi. Breakfast is usually two chapati with some fry and tea. He smokes and drinks,not regularly but frequently.
How should I help him lose weight? I just read about intermittent fasting, is it beneficial?
