Hello my height is 5.5 and weight is 49 I also have pcos and bp so want to know is this a correct bmi or should I Increase 4 months back I was 52 weight..I walk for 30 minutes daily..and eat only home made food..

Your weight is ok for your general health but with regards to pcos you should ask the gynecologist who is treating you

Increase weight by about 3-5 kg for a normal BMI. consult gynaecologist for evaluation and management of PCOS.

You  must gain back about 2 kg to be in the proper bmi range.however try to gain muscle than fat wirh proper diet and muscle building exercises

Your BMI is 18. This is the lowest acceptable BMI for a "healthy" person.  Less than 18 BMI you will be considered unhealthy. You should gain about 5 kg of weight. Then your BMI will be 20. It will also boost your self esteem.
