Hello my height is 5.5 and weight is 49 I also have pcos and bp so want to know is this a correct bmi or should I Increase 4 months back I was 52 weight..I walk for 30 minutes daily..and eat only home made food..

This is the lowest acceptable BMI for a "healthy" person. Less than 18 BMI you will be considered unhealthy.
You should gain about 5 kg of weight. Then your BMI will be 20. It will also boost your self esteem.
