My lower body has gained weighted especially around the waist , hips and thighs. I wana make my buttocks region firm and its flabby. My upper body is fit. And am looking awkward

Hello,yes you can reduce your weight. There are few things you should do at your home. Exercise - daily 30min of brisk walking or jogging or dance or aerobics along morning and evening will help you to reduce your weight along with diet control . squatting is a very good exercise to get your lower body fit and make buttoks firm. Good night sleep will also help to reduce stress and decrease weight. Avoid all junk and high calorie foods.
