My waist to hip ratio is 0.92 is this bad? I’ve been gaining weight and am very unfit when even running up stairs. I usually have to take regular breaks when walking long distances because the weight of my abdomen weighs me down and causes me to get tired easily. I’ve tried going to the gym but it hurts by belly when running or jumping as it thumps a lot. What can I do to get healthier ???
