Before pregnancy I had 65 kg. I undergo c section. My baby age is 20months. Now my weight is 75 kg. I can't reduce my weight even 1 kg. Help me to reduce the weight.

If you are feeding your baby, then you need to be very cautious about the calorie restriction and make sure you consume a nutritious and a healthy diet. If you are not feeding, then also your energy demands are high because you need to cope up with your little ones: 1. Aim to do physical activity for at least 30-40 minutes. 2. Timely spaced meals will help in weight loss. 3. Have a protein rich breakfast to lose weight. 4. Include more fiber in your diet in the form of vegetables and fruits.

Hi..... Following these steps will help- Choose a low-carb diet.. Eat when hungry.. Eat real food.. Measure your progress wisely.. Be persistent Avoid artificial sweeteners.. Review any medications.. Stress less, sleep more.. Eat less dairy products and nuts.. Supplement vitamins and minerals.. Use intermittent fasting.. Exercise smart.. Achieve optimal ketosis.. Get your hormones checked.. Add green tea.. Consult Dietitian for diet chart...
