Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still gaining weight then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

Hello. Healthy weight calls for healthy lifestyle. It is very important to do lifestyle modifications in order to loose weight. Following the natures cycle, that is early to bed early to rise. Splitting the meals into shorter meals, that is having some food every 2.5-3 hours. Portion control. Incorporating 1st class proteins coming from animal sources or by mixing cereals and pulses. Increasing the intake of fiber. Avoiding the junk, oily, fatty food, foods that are highly processed. Along with this, devoting atleast 45 mins of the daily routine to physical activity. Having plenty of water daily, as that's the best detox.
