I am not even 5ft and my weight is 55. My belly fat has increased since last year. I have more fats in my biceps, thighs and belly fat. My fat isnt equally distributed though. The hips section doesnt have much face. I m trying to have green tea twice or thrice a day. I have night shift and reach home by 1.30am. so couldnt get up early for walk. Although i never use the lift in office and walk in the stairs for 6-7floors everyday. Kindly suggest me a easy way to reduce my belly fat and fat from upper hands n thighs in less time
