Sir/ma'am, I want to maintain my weight, I am 20 yrs old and my height is 5 ft 6 inches. I eat 3 idlis and some sambhar for breakfast, 4 roti and as much as vegetables( potato, paneer, kadi, spinach) and dal can come in it, for lunch.2 rotis and a cup of dal a cup of hot milk for dinner. Is it enough?? I stay in college hostel, so what to avoid and what to eat??

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. You are taking only 3 -4 meals take frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs in a day.Take fermented foods mainly as a hosteler and sprouts and fruit chat , roasted chana, murmura bhel, dhokla, vegetable upma or poha outside. Avoid fried foods.
