Get yourself tested for thyroid if the weight gain is unusual.Otherwise eat 5 meals a day 2 of it will be fruits n vegetables.Drink 6-8 glasses of water.Exercise for atleast 1 hr a day..sleep 8hrs n try reducing stress by song yoga meditation or breathing techniques.
