Weight loss suggestion
Hello, I am 28 year old female and I am weighing 100 kg. I am trying to loose weight for a very long time but failing miserably. I have consulted doctors and was asked to take medicines like Kill fat, Metformin. Along with medicines I am eating healthy and walking for 1 hour daily but those are not of much help. Moreover, I am also facing menstruation issues. What should I do? Please help!

Hi , Hope you are doing good.Firstly are you suffering from any medical issues PCOS(as you are on metformin) or Thyroid? Secondly no medicine would help you in realistic and sustainable results. The results are going to be temporary. Also these medicines can gave side effects in the long run..hence not advisable. The menstrual issues again are due to the increasing weight. So basically excess weight is interfering with your monthly cycles.
Next Steps
Please keep these points in mind- 1) Eat small and frequent meals. 2)Maintain portion control and do not overindulge 3) Drink at least 12-15 glasses of water per day.Make some infused water with cucumber, mint and lemon. 4) Limit the consumption of oil, sugar and salt. 5) Drink at least 3 mugs of green tea in a day. 6)Do not skip meals. 7)Avoid eating refined, processed and fattening foods.
