Hello, I have a slight overweight, and have started exercising, but due to office and everyday work pressure I can't do it on a regular basis. I was thinking if taking a Ayurvedic medicine would do the trick?
After some research, found a product: SNT Slim N Healthy by Sports Nutrition Technology. Is it a good idea to take medicine? Is this product safe to take by anyone?
Medicine is sold by Frank Ross in India.
Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
