After my delivery c section I gained 12 kg and now I want to reduce weight. Due to busy schedule I can't exercise. Also my suffer from body ache.

What is your heivht and weight?find out proper weight for your age and height.then you can decide asto how much you need to loose. If you are still feeding your baby,donot go for dieting till you stop lactating.similarly before starting any exercise,check your c section scar. Consult a dietician and change your diet first.
