Weight loss
Need too loose weight lil quick... Started with low carb diet plan since 20th march. I have always been over weight.. Last year shed 12 kgs by exercise n diet in 1 yr. Came down from 90 to 78. Now not working out but started walking currently as i hav gained few kgz. Now i am around 81. So trying to get back to 78 nd continue losing. Joining gym from next week as well. And i.have to do that before 19th april for some event.

Hello,,,, it's really good that you done it well last time,,, and it is definitely sure you are going to do this, this time also. But it's very easy to gain weight as soon as you stop gym or workout,,you have inner motivation to lose weight, that is very good, you need to have is consistency with your workout or even diet, you need to adopt these weight losing habits into your routine daily. All the best go ahead madam for your weight losing activities which are already working for you. Still you have one month,, reducing 3kg in month is achievable.
