Need too loose weight lil quick... Started with low carb diet plan since 20th march. I have always been over weight.. Last year shed 12 kgs by exercise n diet in 1 yr. Came down from 90 to 78. Now not working out but started walking currently as i hav gained few kgz. Now i am around 81. So trying to get back to 78 nd continue losing. Joining gym from next week as well. And i.have to do that before 19th april for some event.
