My height is 145cm. Weight is 51kg. Is it right? I have lupus nephritis. I cannot take any medicine. My Dr. Prescribed steroid medicine for kidney problem. It's reaction my face and gland is puffy. How can I release from puffy face and puffy gland. How can I loose my weight without any medicine?
