My query is regarding weight loss. Is all type of yoga exercises good for weight loss. As I m worried regarding my future after marraige that does it had side effects in conceiving or getting pregnant. What is the procedure when can we do yoga and when we can't. As one of my family members doctor told not to do stomach yoga exercises while trying to conceive. Please clarify my query.
