Weight Loss Issues
When I started the process of losing weight, I lost more than 10 kilos in a span of 6months (78kg to 65kg). But the loss of weight has reduced significantly after that though I still continue with the same routine. Please suggest as to what I can do for weight loss Height - 5ft 1in Current wt- 65kg Target wt - 50-55 kg Age -26 Sex - Female

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
