Weight loss in first trimester
I am 11 weeks and 5 days pregnant, after 4 weeks my weight was 63 kg and height 5'3" and now it weigh to 60.7kg. I am losing weight, is it normal or harmful? I have nausea due to which I don't feel like to eat and also taste buds are changing that is impacting my appetite.

Hi . Congratulations on your pregnancy ! Yes it is normal to lose weight in the first trimester as you cannot eat enough due to nausea and vomiting . Please make sure you stay hydrated well , have multiple small meals . Adding ginger in the morning will help with nausea. You will feel better as the pregnancy progresses in couple of weeks .

Not a problem at present, but you should start consuming in small quantity, frequently. Eat fruits, salad, eat what you like to. Otherwise if you won't take proper food you will end up with nutrition deficiency
