Hi . Congratulations on your pregnancy ! Yes it is normal to lose weight in the first trimester as you cannot eat enough due to nausea and vomiting . Please make sure you stay hydrated well , have multiple small meals . Adding ginger in the morning will help with nausea. You will feel better as the pregnancy progresses in couple of weeks .
Not a problem at present, but you should start consuming in small quantity, frequently. Eat fruits, salad, eat what you like to. Otherwise if you won't take proper food you will end up with nutrition deficiency
