Iam daily going for excersice, Yoga, and Gym too mainly i spend 2 to 3 hrs doing the same, morning and evening also but iam not reducing weight but iam reducing pretty well on inches what to do

Weight reduction requires restriction of calories and burning of calories via exercises. You are doing exercises but are you following weight reducing diet.
