I want a better idea for exercise and dieting to lose weight. I am working in night shift from 8.00 pm to 6.00 am and mostly I can spend one hour at afternoon or evening in gym. Please advise on exercise I have to follow in gym and diet. There are lot of ideas for weight loss so I got confused.

U need low calorie foods based diet. It people sedentary lifestyle sitting work at one place..so recommend to more activities by dynamic lifestyles, free hand exercises,. in diet liw rice high whole grains like whole wheat phulka, pulses legumes etc. less organic more vegetables, fruits 3 -4 servings. low cooking oils,NI trans fats based junk,fast foods. more specific u need to write me personally.
