I my looking for some advice for my mothers weight gain concern.My Mother having thyroid and depression problem although she is following proper diet plan and yoga sessions but still that doesn't turned out in position.
Weight is gaining contiously and i am having fear due to weight gain she able to walk and living properly.
Please guide us to over come this problem.
