I'm looking forward to loss weight, im around 80kgs female aged 24yrs., and I'm planning to opt for a serious diet. Please let me know what is the best way to loss weight and is Ketogenic Diet for 30days worth it?. Also I'll br starting my workouts by the mid if this month. You suggestions will be highly appreciated and helpful.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Increase in weight can be because of many reason:
1. PCOD
2. Endocrine disturbance ( thyroid/ Diabetes)
3. Psychological problem
4. Low metabolism rate
5. Stress
6. Effect of medication
7. vitamin deficiencies.
So first let us find out what is the reason and accordingly we will advise. My opinion is not to follow keto diet as it may effect your body because this diet was introduce for epipsy patient not for weight loss and it has many side effect like Vitamin deficiency, may be your period will get irregular and many more
