Weight loss
I am suffering from chronic problems of PCOD and Thyroid. I am taking several medications for the same. Even though I have drastically reduced my food intake, left fried sugar and fast food since 1 year, I am still gaining weight. What should be the ideal diet plan to lose weight in such circumstances?
