Hi, My wife is gyming regularly for past 3 months, we followed strict diets too. Low calorie, high fibre, very less suger intake, Using olive oil only that too 1 spoon for vegetables. Despite all these she could only able to loose 1 kg. So from 76 to its 75 kg. She gave honest effort but did not get expected result which was atleast 6 kg. Now she is reluctant to increase gym membership and want to quite it as she is loosing belief that gym is useful. How should I go ahead with this situation?
