Weight loss
Hi, my weight is 80 and height is 5.2 and its increasing very fast after coming to bangalore. I am very worried about this. I am not able to maintain my food timing and getting difficulty to adjust my food habit in new place. Is it the reason for this? Please suggest me how can i maintain and adjust. What can i include in and exclude from my diet to reduce my extra weight. I do have constipation issue as well. If possible you can suggest me a diet chart and routine to follow. As i am working and staying in a PG so cooking will be not easy for me, so accordingly suggest me which will be easily available. Even hair is getting rough and dry and getting so many pimples on face. Face is also looking dull. 2 month back when i was in Kolkata, i was not facing these many issues other than weight.
